At Túi Xách ZoneViral, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please review the terms below for more details on how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item is not a customized or personalized product, which are non-returnable.
  • The return is initiated within the 30-day return window.

If the product has been used or damaged, we will not be able to process the return or refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@zoneviral.xyz or call us at (800) 527-8659 to notify us about your intent to return the product. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details of the item(s) being returned.

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Return the Item: Once you have the RA number, securely package the item with its original packaging and any accessories. Include the RA number on the return package.

  4. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Full Refund: If the return is accepted, and the product is in its original condition, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item.
  • Partial Refund: If the item is returned with visible signs of use or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned product.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) so we can resolve the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs.

7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After the order has been processed or shipped, it will be subject to the return policy.

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We do not refund original shipping costs, except in cases where the return is a result of our error.

9. International Returns

For international customers, return shipping fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international returns. Please ensure the return complies with your local customs regulations.
